DEPARTMENT: Maintenance
JOB TITLE: Maintenance Tech A
REPORTS TO: Maintenance Supervisor
SHIFT DAYS /HOURS: (Mon-Fri) 11:00 pm- 7:00 am Must be willing and able to work every other weekend.
STARTING PAY: $30.64 per hour/with the ability to earn more.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to determine root causes and implement effective solutions.
Perform repairs and adjustments to maintain optimal functionality.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance processes and reduce potential issues.
Document maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
What You’ll Need:
Experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably on the 2nd shift shift.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance.
