TSLOTS New Products Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled TSLOTS New Products Administrator to provide hands-on technical and administrative support in the development, testing, and management of a portfolio of T-slotted aluminum extrusion products and systems.
This role plays an important part in supporting product development initiatives and daily technical operations, helping ensure products meet quality standards, performance expectations, and customer requirements.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical aptitude, familiarity with the TSLOTS product line or comparable competitive products, and the ability to think creatively when solving problems and supporting new product development. Success in this role requires excellent organizational skills, close attention to detail, and basic CAD proficiency, along with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
What You’ll be Responsible For:
- Test samples to confirm fit, function, and compliance with established standards.
- Create designs for components and profiles.
- Perform quality checks on fit, finish, and overall product conformance.
- Maintain ISO documentation, including completion and storage of required records on the Bonnell server.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and application trends.
- Conduct competitive research to understand market offerings and emerging industry trends.
- Prepare engineering documentation, including prints and models, to support marketing and product initiatives.
- Manage specification and tolerance control by ensuring profiles and components meet all required standards.
- Support cost analysis efforts to identify efficiencies and product modifications that reduce standard costs while maintaining product line requirements.
- Provide multi-plant support to help ensure consistent vendor use and process alignment across horizontal teams.
- Create part numbers and support multi-plant product rollouts.
- Assist in training CXS, RSMs, and TSLOTS Designers on new products, including functionality and applications.
- Support quality control initiatives by helping address customer-reported issues with profiles and components and recommending corrective actions.
