High Turbine Technologies (HTT) is a joint venture between Chromalloy and FTAI Aviation, created to commercialize and distribute FAA‑approved PMA turbine blades and nozzles for the CFM56 engine platform. The HTT portfolio represents one of the most valuable and strategically important PMA franchises in the global commercial aerospace aftermarket. As demand accelerates and the business scales, HTT is creating a Senior Director role to provide dedicated leadership for this entity. The RoleThe Senior Director, HTT is the single‑point owner of the HTT P&L. This leader is accountable for financial performance, cash generation, and business execution — while working within an enterprise pricing and manufacturing framework managed at the Chromalloy level. This is a foundational leadership role with high visibility, designed for a senior P&L leader who can navigate an environment where disciplined allocation, execution rigor, and cash management are the primary drivers of value, and can drive results through influence, discipline, and excellent judgment. Key Responsibilities Own the full HTT P&L — revenue, margin, working capital, and cash generationDefine and execute commercial strategy: customer sequencing, allocation management, and channel economicsServe as senior sponsor to key MROs, operators, and asset owners; personally lead strategic account decisionsAct as primary operating interface between Chromalloy and FTAI; represent HTT to the JV BoardPartner with manufacturing, supply chain, and finance to translate operational realities into commercial decisionsBuild the processes and governance infrastructure for a rapidly scaling distribution businessPosition HTT to absorb future PMA programs as the portfolio grows What Success Looks Like Customers compete for allocation — HTT commands the market, not the reversePredictable financial performance with high Joint Venture Board confidencePricing discipline and commercial reputation compound over timeNo surprises — clean governance, reliable execution What You Bring 15+ years in aerospace, industrial, or complex engineered products — with a clear commercial or distribution orientationProven P&L ownership of a distribution business, aftermarket channel, or allocation-managed product platformExperience shaping markets through pricing discipline, customer prioritization, or channel strategy — not just serving themComfort with Joint Venture or multi-stakeholder governance; credible at the board levelLow-ego, influential leader that drives results through alignment and accountability, not authority
