Production Team Leader (2-shift)What will you do?In this role, you are responsible for the results of specific product group(s) in terms of cost, quality, delivery time, and personnel. Within these product groups, you lead a team of approximately 15–20 employees and report directly to the Production Manager. You are a key ambassador of our core values: Safety, Quality, Integrity, Innovation, and Pride.In addition to being responsible for results and quality, you are also in charge of creating production schedules and ensuring their efficient execution. You monitor the progress of order processes and take proactive action in case of potential delays in preparation or production. You participate in Continuous Improvement projects (5S, Lean, Kaizens) focused on lead times, quality, and cost. Finally, you are responsible for coaching and leading your team to bring out the best every day.Your schedule alternates weekly: one week you work 5 days in the day shift, and the next week you work 4 evenings in the evening shift. What do you need for this role? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working/thinking levelLeadership experience in a production environment, preferably in high-tech manufacturing or metal industryRelevant experience in production planningA leadership style characterized by decisiveness and a results-oriented approach, while maintaining attention to individuals and the teamKnowledge of ERP systems and workforce planningFamiliarity with Plan vs Actuals methodology and monitoring OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)Proficiency in English, both spoken and written What do we offer you?A great position within an international company offering a wide range of technologies and plenty of room for personal development and input.
