We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Analyst to help drive operational excellence across our manufacturing facilities. This role combines data analysis, Lean manufacturing, project leadership, and hands-on problem solving to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.You'll work closely with leaders, supervisors, and frontline employees to identify opportunities, lead improvement initiatives, and build a culture focused on continuous improvement. If you enjoy turning data into action and helping teams solve problems, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact.What You'll Be Doing Partner with the Continuous Improvement Manager to identify and prioritize improvement opportunitiesLead and support Lean initiatives including Kaizen, 5S, 3P, TPM, and DMAIC projectsConduct time studies and process observations to improve productivity and workflowAnalyze manufacturing data and develop recommendations to improve performanceSupport SQDE boards and daily management systemsMonitor customer and employee feedback to identify improvement opportunitiesFacilitate value stream mapping activities and develop improvement roadmapsLead cross-functional problem-solving teams and improvement eventsDevelop and track KPIs to measure project effectiveness and sustainabilitySupport new process implementation and change management effortsCreate and maintain Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), SOPs, and process documentationTrain and mentor employees on Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement toolsWork with operations, quality, engineering, and leadership teams to achieve business goalsDrive a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in Operations, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, or a related fieldExperience leading or supporting Lean Manufacturing initiativesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication and presentation skillsComfortable coaching employees at all levels of the organizationAbility to influence change without direct authorityStrong organizational skills and attention to detailSelf-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related fieldLean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement experienceManufacturing or aerospace industry experienceExperience with value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and process improvement methodologiesPower BI, data visualization, or AI experienceProject management experience Technical Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skillsProficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPointExperience analyzing production and operational dataAbility to develop reports, dashboards, and presentationsFamiliarity with statistical analysis and performance metrics What Success Looks Like Improved productivity, quality, and operational performanceSustainable process improvements that deliver measurable resultsIncreased employee engagement in problem solving and continuous improvementStrong support of Lean and operational excellence initiatives across the business
