Job Mission:
* Analysis, design and implementation of IT solutions with Blueyonder or Manhattan that respond to the needs of the business and our customers within the budgets and timelines defined by the projects.
* Responsible for the life cycle of the assigned solutions, ensuring the proper functioning and service availability during the life of the solution
Main Functions:
* Participation in projects that require the implementation or change of the assigned IT Solution with Blueyonder or Manhattan.
* Coordinate the tasks necessary for the fulfillment of the requirements of operations/customers on the IT solution under your area of responsibility. Document, record and maintain all technical knowledge necessary to respond to IT needs on the IT Solution under his/her area of responsibility. Responsibility for the operational execution of IT services, ensuring the application of best practices (e.g. ITIL) and aligned with DP DHL guidelines (logging and management documentation).
* Detecting, controlling and checking systems on IT security, applying DP-DHL guidelines as well as state legal frameworks (license management, access security, LOPD, etc...).
* Recording and reporting relevant information in a timely manner.
* Operational coordination of outsourced IT services as well as their providers (including documentations, SLAs and costs), recording everything according to corporate and local best practices.
* Active collaboration in the alignment with the regional structure (projects, policies, documentation, procedures and recommendations) to achieve corporate IT strategy objectives.
* Promote the rationalization and standardization programs in the IT area, as well as the detailed management and control of software licenses.
* Contribute to the stabilization, standardization and high availability plan of the company's systems, solutions and services in the country, following the best IT practices and corporate guidelines.
* Analyze and study the business specifications, in order to make the appropriate adaptations and modifications to ensure a correct implementation, in medium and high complexity requests.
* Evaluate the technical and economic feasibility of the solutions to be applied.
* Develop the detailed specifications of the solutions and the necessary documentation.
* Elaborate and/or coordinate standard procedures to ensure an effective use of the solutions.
* Execute and/or coordinate the drafting and validation of the necessary tests.
* Training of users on the IT solutions under their responsibility.
* Proactive proposals of new system functionalities, based on a cost/benefit analysis.
* Contribute to the achievement of MA objectives following the policies and guidelines set by the organization.
* Contribute in the process of communication and implementation of specific procedures and processes arising from the implementation of the Integrated Environmental Management System.
* Contribute with the team in the audit process, analyzing possible non-conformities and establishing action plans to respond to them.
* Support the work of the local IT resources at the sites.
* You will support in identifying and coordinate troubleshooting of medium/low complexity IT solutions.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain.
* Experience in other divisions will be a plus.

* Higher education, preferably in the field of Computer Engineering or similar.
