Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

Job Location: Atlanta, Georgia / Miami, Florida / Dallas, Texas

The Sales Support Specialist is a subject matter expert responsible for supporting the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation and contract management to aftersales performance and customer retention. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, and process excellence to optimize commercial outcomes as it will mainly support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, enable commercial success, and drive efficient execution across lead generation and after-sales activities. Act as a critical connector between Sales, Analytics, Legal, and Operations to deliver value throughout the customer lifecycle. Candidates can be located in Atlanta, Miami, or Dallas.


Key Tasks
:

  • Partner with Commercial Owners to proactively prevent churn and improve customer retention
  • Deliver differentiated customer value through data-driven insights and analytics
  • Bridge insights between Commercial and Analytics teams to drive informed decision-making
  • Execute post-implementation reviews and monitor customer satisfaction outcomes
  • Track customer performance metrics (revenue development, churn, pipeline health) and support continuous improvement
  • Manage lead generation programs and initiatives by overseeing and optimizing leads to maximizing conversion
  • Enables Consignee Selling Trips across the US and visiting countries by multiple activities such as project management, track visit effectiveness, ROI, and commercial impact
  • Manage Contract LifeCycle management processes ensuring contracts are uploaded, managed and accurately coded, supporting with training and adoption initiatives to improve system usage and ensure compliance with internal policies and governance standards
  • Liaison between sales, customers and internal departments
  • Support customer problem management and report on results of corrective processes
  • Generate and review reports and statistics for supporting customers to analyze and prepare for customer business reviews
  • Provide support on issues and problems from less experienced/ new team members, provide direction and guidance as needed
  • Support project implementation, deployment of systems/solutions, and process improvement

· Support pre- and after-sales activities

Your skills and experience:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in Sales Support/Sales Operations
  • Experience in logistics or related industry preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Skills required (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree is desired (Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related field)
  • Project Management and Data Analytics skills preferred
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, work effectively, independently and in a Team environment, and with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Pay Range: $79,777.50 - $106,370.00+ (Based on Experience)
