Preferred Qualifications:
Five (5) or more years of experience in the area of assignment.
ASE and/or ICAR Certification.
Experience providing hands-on training to individuals in the automotive industry.
Proficiency in computer-based systems including outlook, excel, word. Experience with inventory management, report writing, and updating vehicle records.

Notes:
This position is located at GDC Fleet Operations in Monroe County, GA. This position provides automotive training and supervision to individuals participating in On-The-Job Training from a local Transitional Center.

Associate's/Vocational/Technical degree in area of assignment from an accredited college or university AND Two years of experience in area of assignment OR Three years of experience in area of assignment OR One year of experience at the lower level Mechanic 2 (FET061) or position equivalent.
