- In this role, you will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary treatment teams in an acute inpatient setting, serving adults with severe mental illness, trauma histories, impulse control issues, substance abuse issues, and interpersonal challenges.
- Your primary responsibilities will include facilitating a multidisciplinary treatment team, working with the treatment team to develop and implement strength-based treatment plans for the patients we serve, regularly reviewing and updating treatment plans to reflect patient progress toward their identified goals, enrolling patients in psychosocial interventions targeted to meet their treatment and recovery needs, and reviewing critical incident reports to assess the need for interventions for safety and an enhanced treatment experience for patients.

Master's degree from an accredited college or university AND Four years of related experience OR Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in related field AND Six years of related experience OR Two years of experience at the lower level Behavioral Hlth Counselor 3 (HCP102) or position equivalent. Note: Some positions may require certification or licensure.
