Job Summary:
The Adjunct Faculty (HRLY) is responsible for developing curriculum and presenting instruction in manufacturing and precision manufacturing. Examples: Mechanical, Electrical, Advanced Manufacturing.
Essential Functions:

· Provides professional instruction based on approved course syllabus. Ensures that desired course outcomes meet the stated objectives | 60% |
· Prepares curriculum and syllabus to coursework taught | 20% |
· Evaluates students’ progress at attaining goals and objectives | 5% |
· Ensures safety and security requirements are met in training areas | 5% |
· Meets with students, staff members, supervisors as needed | 5% |

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment and technologies.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a part-time instructional position.
Travel:
Travel to other campuses is a possibility for training
Required Education and Experience:
· Minimum qualifications for this position are extensive knowledge and experience in the subject matter.
· Can provide and use workplace scenarios to enhance participants learning.
· Experience in actual day-to-day duties and can use examples to boost productivity of participants.
· Note: Experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
Preferred Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree;
· Minimum three (3) years’ experience in post‐secondary education, faculty recruiting, or
related field;
· Teaching Experience on the post‐Secondary Level;
· Strong computer, communication, and interpersonal skills;
