Responsibilities
· Abide by Oconee and DBHDD policy and procedures
· Provide direct supervisor to case managers as assigned
· Respond to client related emergencies
· Provide oversight and direction for all services offered to consumers and families in the program.
· Maintain up-to-date consumer files program statistics, including consumer data, and grant related documentation. Complete and submit administrative reports.
· Completes intake documents and processes for consumers.
· Directs case manager(s) for Public Supportive Housing
· Host meetings with Public Supportive Housing consumers monthly.
· Work with Department of Community Affairs to remain in compliance with guidelines.
· Complete House Quality Standards (Quality Control) when needed.
· Participate in weekly case management/supervision meetings and program meetings.
· Assures quality and helps consumers achieve their goals for recovery.
· Identify problem areas quickly to ensure that solutions are established.
· Formulate action plan to improve our program.
· Maintain required certifications (CPI, First Aid/BLS, Caregiver Fire Safety, Defensive Driving)
· Manages human resource and employee relations functions
Ensure that case managers are reviewed to ensure that credentialing is up to date with the Consumer Provider Manual via DBHDD.
· Other relevant duties as assigned
