EXAMPLES OF DUTIES: Dispatches wildland fire equipment and personnel to wildfires and other emergencies. Receives and processes permit requests. Dispatches appropriate personnel to investigate smoke complaints. Manages general requests for information and other services. May perform as lead worker on shift to ensure smooth and efficient center operations and report unresolved issues to Response Center Manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 6 months experience as a dispatcher and the ability to navigate current programs (FiResponse and Burn Permits) efficiently and effectively. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
