View Point Health is a community behavioral health center utilizing a team of psychiatrists, nurses, licensed counselors and social workers, and other professionals to provide services to individuals who need treatment and support to cope with mental illness, substance abuse, and intellectual and developmental disabilities. View Point Health serves uninsured, underinsured, low-income Medicaid, Medicare, war veterans and some private insurance across multiple locations with a full continuum of behavioral health services and support. The services provided by View Point Health contribute to the reduction in homelessness, reduction in crime and subsequent incarcerations, higher graduation rates, lower dropout rates, decreased ER visits and decreased inpatient admissions.

The Behavioral Health Clinical Team Lead is the working supervisor for a small team of professional and para-professional staff providing addictive disease and/or co-occurring (MH & AD) treatment services. Provides clinical supervision to subordinates: reviews care plans, treatment provided, and staff documentation for conformity to agency and payer requirements. Appropriately interprets, implements, and enforces compliance with agency policies and procedures and safety regulations.

Provides day-to-day oversight and administrative leadership and support to subordinate staff. Interviews, recommends, hires, trains, and evaluates performance of staff. Schedules for staff coverage.

Master's degree in a related area from an accredited college or university AND licensure in the area of assignment AND Two years of related post-license experience OR Master's degree in a related area from an accredited college or university AND licensure in the area of assignment AND Two years of experience at the lower level Social Worker, Licensed 2 (HCP051) or position equivalent.
