Under broad supervision, the Intake Analyst enters data for an assigned license or registration within the agency.

Coordinates and provides clerical support while processing documentation associated with departmental operations within a designed timeframe and per established procedures.

Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions from lock boxes and local deposits.

Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from inner office departments and customers.

Resolves collections by examining customer payments and history, coordinating contact with the department.

Provides support in completing administrative tasks to efficient operation within the organization.

Performs other duties as assigned.
