Preferred Qualifications: This position is open to the public for interested parties with experience. This position may be filled as a CO1, CO2 or CO3 depending upon qualifications. This position is on the Interdiction Response Team (IRT).

There are multiple positions available under this posting. The positions are located throughout the state, in the North, Southeast, and Southwest.

Comments/ Notes: This Correctional Officer position is assigned to work at a Close or Special Mission Prison. A Correctional Officer often must do things that many people would find unpleasant either physically or mentally.
