Job Description

Job Title: Corrective Action Plan Analyst- Atlanta

Pay Grade: M

Job Summary:

· Review corrective action plans submitted by providers to determine if the plan addresses the identified deficient practice, and the appropriateness of the target implementation date.

· Conduct statewide on-site, unannounced reviews to determine provider compliance with policies and regulations previously identified as deficient.

· Accurately, clearly, and thoroughly document findings of corrective action plan analysis and onsite reviews.

· Accurate, thorough, and timely entry of data into multiple databases.

· Develop and maintain positive working relationships and communicate effectively with providers and other stakeholders, including other DBHDD offices and divisions.

· Participate in meetings and provide updates regarding provider corrective action plans.

· Provide technical assistance to providers.

· Project a professional image through in-person, phone, and electronic communications.

· Plan and prioritize workload to meet day to day needs.

· Maintain and update information in workflow tracking systems as required ensuring information is always organized, up to date and available.

· Read, screen, and respond to correspondence in a timely manner.

· Identify and prioritize critical issues within identified parameters.

· Use sound judgment to respond appropriately to internal and external contacts.

· Independently establish and monitor deadlines to ensure timeliness.

· Execute high quality customer service by anticipating customer needs, providing services accurately, in a respectful and timely manner, and establishing and maintaining effective contact and follow through with customers.

· Collaborate and work effectively as a team member.

· Assist with projects as needed.

· Participate in management/supervisory team meetings and attend trainings.

· Must be available for overnight statewide travel for at least 60% of work hours.

High school diploma/GED and four (4) years of job-related experience; or two (2) years of experience required at the lower level Complnc Specialist 2 (RCP061) or position equivalent.
