ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR

FULL TIME

MULTIPLE CAMPUS LOCATIONS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor degree in a related field *and* Two (2) years of experience in an educational environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

(In addition to the minimum qualifications) Knowledge of BANNER, the student information computer system; at least one (1) year experience working with customers face to face. Must have data entry skills and able to work flexible hours. Bilingual proficiency with the Spanish/English language (verbal and written).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and processing of applications for admission and readmission for a technical college. Major duties include: Monitors applied to admitted and admitted to registered numbers, constantly generating ideas as to increasing yields; Works to manage incoming emails and phone calls to Admissions, creating plans to make sure all are addressed; Works with team to ensure all enrollment-blocking errors cleared weekly; Will help manage CRM communications and troubleshoot technical issues with the CRM; Manages program applications and evaluates the program application process regularly to ensure it meets the needs of students, faculty and staff; Maintains Admissions staff calendar and office coverage at all campus locations; Assists prospective students with the admission and readmission process; Provides information to prospective students about admissions document requirements, programs offered, testing requirements, etc.; Receives and enters applications into the student information system and counsels students on entry test scores; Processes, maintains, scans, and files college and high school transcripts and verifies in-state residency; Evaluates scores and/or previous academic history for admission decision; Provides information by telephone, written correspondence and in person to interested parties regarding application procedures and admissions requirements; Plans and implements student recruitment activities; Processes, completes and maintains necessary documentation, transactions, records, etc. pertaining to registration; Other duties as assigned.

SALARY:

Salary commensurate with education and work experience. Benefits include paid state holidays, paid annual and sick leave, and the State of Georgia Flexible Benefits Program.

SPECIAL NOTES:
