Job Summary:
Under direct supervision, performs a wide range of office administration duties for assigned functions or program areas, duties may be complex in nature and may involve access to confidential information.
· May research, investigate, and/or resolve program data or issues.
· Drafts documentation, reports, or presentations.
· Represents program or unit, provides information and assistance to internal and external customers.
Job Description / Essential Functions:
· Collects, compiles, and analyzes programmatic and operational data, investigates underlining trends, irregularities, and possible causes for change in data.
· Documents underlying trends, irregularities, and possible cases for change in data
· Evaluates data for quality and completeness.
· Performs validation and testing of plan to ensure adequacy.
· Prepares reports, and makes recommendations or determinations based on analysis.
· Processes and reconciles all payments from all license programs.
· Work alongside all licensing team members to improve the licensing process.
· Provide internal and external assistance to all customers.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma / GED and two (2) years of job-related experience.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
· Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
· Ability to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Two year’s work experience providing direct customer service.
· Two year’s work experience in the area of regulatory or licensing-related programs.
This position is assigned to the following counties: (Fulton)
· The selected candidate must reside or be willing to relocate to this location.

- Working on computer for extended periods
- Talking on phone
· Fast-paced work environment
Other Duties:
· All other duties as assigned to support the functions of the Licensing and CSC Division
· Assist other members of the Licensing team as needed.
· Provide back-up functions to other Licensing Coordinators during periods of heavy license renewal cycle and help cover scheduled and unscheduled absences.
· Serve in emergency response capacity if needed.
