Preferred Qualifications: - Two years of experience with commercial plumbing in an industrial, or correctional environment. - One year experience with operation and commercial sewer cleaning and jetting equipment. - One year experience towing/hauling trailers with equipment on it. Comments/ Notes: - This position is assigned to the Southwest regional team. - This position has regional wide responsibilities, and the selected candidate must live or be willing to relocate into the Southwest region. - Emergency response may be required after hours or on weekends.

High school diploma/GED and three (3) years of experience in building repairs and maintenance or in the specific area of assignment; or two (2) years of experience at the lower level General Trades Tech 2 (FET031) or position equivalent. Note: Some positions may require area-specific certifications/licenses.
