Job Description:

The employee will be the primary Social Worker Supervisor for the West and Central Units. This position is critical in that this person would be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day social service function for all teams on both units. Duties would include completing SW assessments, family contact/therapy, individual counseling, treatment planning, discharge planning and groups counseling.
