Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED and three (3) years of experience in building repairs and maintenance or in the specific area of assignment; or two (2) years of experience at the lower level General Trades Tech 2 (FET031) or position equivalent.
- Note: Some positions may require area specific certifications/licenses.

Preferred Qualifications:
- One or more years of experience in industrial/commercial plumbing repairs.

Comments/ Notes:
- This position requires travel across the North Region.
- Candidates must live or be willing to relocate to the North Georgia area.
