Administrative and general support to the Project Management Manager and the Project Management department.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

This Administrative Assistant provides a full range of administrative and clerical support to the group, including but not limited to:

  • Timekeeping and processing expense accounts

  • Handling confidential or sensitive information

  • Managing calendars and scheduling meetings

  • Answering phones

  • Maintaining necessary levels of office supplies and equipment

  • Exhibit a high level of customer service by coordinating internal and external customer requests

In addition to general administrative support, this position will also provide support by performing duties, including but not limited to:

  • Preparing reports and presentations for managers/supervisors

  • Assisting with meeting notes

  • Maintaining internal/external contacts, information and files.

Experience & Education

  • High school diploma is required; college degree is desirable.

  • Minimum 3 years experience in an administrative assistant, office manager or other relevant support role required; additional years experience preferred.

  • Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

  • Ability to work independently on routine administrator tasks using business office systems for processing expense accounts, timekeeping, and updating the HR database.

  • Experience supporting an organization located in two geographic locations is preferred.
