** Please Note: As per current corporate policy, you will be required to be in the office at 241 Ralph McGill Blvd, Atlanta, GA a minimum of four (4) days per week. (Mon thru Thur. – Friday you can work remotely.)

The Print Team Project Manager is responsible for gathering requirements, managing production and ensuring accurate delivery of internal and executive client requests. The project manager is expected to ensure on-time, on-brand and on-budget delivery of communication and brand collateral.

The project manager collaborates with the Print Team Lead to coordinate the daily activities of the print shop to include:

  • Workflow processes and operations including intake, file preparation, printing, quality assurance, fulfilment, billing and project closeout

  • Materials and supplies management

  • Financial operations including rates, billing and invoicing

  • Coordination of work sent to outside partners for completion

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consults with customers, employees, contractors and vendors to ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with brand standards.

  • Monitors and maintains inventory of supplies and materials for all areas of responsibility

  • Works closely with the Print Team Lead and other corporate communication team leads on key projects and deliverables and ensures deadlines are met.

  • Prepares and monitors operational schedules, timelines and budgets.

  • Provides updates and manages communications with clients and Print team members

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in print, project and business operations

  • Experience handling multiple print projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.

  • Extensive knowledge of traditional and digital printing techniques and processes.

  • Knowledge of digital design and pre-press tools (PhotoShop, Illustrator, etc.) preferred.

  • Experience in Lytho (or other similar project management and workflow tools) required .

  • Demonstrated experience successfully managing the financial and workflow operations of high-volume print and creative teams.

  • Knowledge of shipping systems and tools (USPS, FedEx, UPS) preferred.

  • Operates effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Demonstrated resourcefulness, solutions-oriented mindset and effective client management skills
