Administrative Assistant Job Description
Location: Georgia, hybrid remote and office
Reports To: Director, Power Delivery and Customer Technology Solutions
Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant position supports the Power Delivery and Customer Technology Solutions organization. Reporting to the Director of Power Delivery & Customer Technology Solutions, this role assists the Customer Technology Solutions team and provides local support in Georgia across the PD and Customer Technology department. Additionally, this position is part of the Electric Technology Solutions Admin team, ensuring consistency and coverage for leadership support.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include:
Supporting up to 5 CSM Technology Solutions leaders with travel arrangements and expense reporting as required.
Managing the Customer Technology Solutions leadership collaboration sites, including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
Coordinating logistics, agendas and scheduling for department and leadership meetings.
Overseeing conference rooms and their scheduling, anticipating and resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring smooth coordination of department and quarterly Program Increment planning meetings.
Assisting with time entry tasks, including sending reminders, clarifying processes, and reviewing entries to ensure manager approvals are complete.
Providing support for the hiring process for leaders, including scheduling, logistics, and notebook creation.
Promoting a diverse and inclusive environment that encourages positivity and collaboration within the department and with partners.
Coordinating office facilities and managing the procurement of supplies for the department.
Building strong relationships with other administrative team members, providing backup support for other Electric Technology Solutions Admin team members as necessary.
Handling mail distribution for the floor.
Job Requirements
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required, bachelors degree preferred
Experience Requirements:
Experience with business expense processing, timekeeping, and travel arrangements required
Experience with Microsoft Suite required

Technology – Demonstrate proficient computer skills in Microsoft SharePoint content management and access control, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Demonstrate passion and energy for planning and coordinating team events that create connections for the team while working in a hybrid environment.
