Position Summary
The Treasury Operations Manager is responsible for leading enterprise-wide treasury operations within a Fortune 100 enterprise leveraging Kyriba Treasury Management System integrated with Oracle ERP and Oracle Payments . This role ensures effective liquidity management, enterprise-wide cash visibility, payment execution, cash forecasting, and bank connectivity while maintaining strong SOX controls and operational excellence. The manager serves as a key bridge between Treasury, Accounting, IT, and external banking partners to support scalable, automated treasury operations.
Key Responsibilities
Liquidity Management & Cash Operations
Oversee daily global cash positioning and forecasting in Kyriba , ensuring completeness and accuracy across regions, currencies, and legal entities
Manage short-term liquidity, intercompany funding, and cash concentration structures leveraging Kyriba cash modules and Oracle cash data
Partner with Treasury, FP&A and Accounting to align treasury forecasts with Oracle GL actuals and business planning assumptions
Payments & Bank Connectivity
Lead payment execution through Kyriba and Oracle Payments , ensuring secure, timely, and compliant processing of domestic and international payments
Oversee SWIFT, host-to-host, and API bank connectivity , including payment troubleshooting and cutover management
Ensure payment controls, approval workflows, sanctions screening, and audit trails are properly configured and maintained
Banking & Account Administration
Manage global bank account administration , signatory updates, documentation, and account rationalization
Lead for treasury services bank relationship management, and oversee all bank account management including onboarding, Know Your Customer support, and issue resolution
Support bank fee analysis and any potential Request for Proposal activities using Kyriba reporting and Oracle transaction data
Treasury Systems & Data Governance

Act as business owner for Kyriba , partnering with the Technology Organization on:
System enhancements, upgrades, and new module implementations
Oracle ERP integrations (GL, AP, AR, and Cash Management)
User access governance, roles, and Segregation of Duties (SoD)
Ensure data integrity between Kyriba and Oracle, including balances, transactions, and accounting entries
Controls, Compliance & Audit
Maintain SOX-compliant controls across payment processing, bank administration, and system access
Partner with Internal Audit, External Audit, and Compliance to support walkthroughs, testing, and remediation
Own treasury-operational policies, procedures, and documentation aligned with Kyriba and Oracle workflows
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
Lead and develop a treasury operations team responsible for cash, payments, and systems support, including managing groups in Atlanta, GA and Birmingham, AL.
Drive automation and enhance data reporting using Kyriba capabilities
Identify and implement best practices for enterprise-wide treasury operations in a large-scale, public utility environment
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, banking partners and industry peers
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business or applicable certifications/experience
7+ years of treasury, treasury operations or accounting experience in a large, complex organization
3+ years of management experience
Proven experience operating in a SOX-controlled, publicly traded environment
Familiarity with SWIFT, host-to-host banking, and global payment formats (ISO 20022, ACH, wires)
Demonstrated success driving automation and transformation initiatives
Preferred
MBA, CPA, CTP, or CFA is a plus
Experience leading or supporting system implementations or major upgrades
Hands-on experience with Kyriba TMS (cash, payments, bank account management) is a plus
Strong working knowledge of Oracle ERP / Oracle Cash Management / Oracle Payments is a plus
