JOB DUTIES: Support HR department in all HR related tasks. Onboarding new hires including expatriates from international company locations. Support with all aspects connected to relocation. Facilitate and process work visas for corporate employees with immigration attorney and headquarters in Germany. Translation and preparation of supporting visa documents. Create invitation letters for company employees visiting U.S. for project and training related purposes. Handling of all incoming translation requests from headquarters including home page. Handle correspondence between German and U.S. based chambers of commerce to facilitate implementation of apprenticeship program tailored after German model. Participate in career fairs to acquire students for U.S. apprenticeship program. Enter new hires in SAP and Paycom for bi-weekly payroll processing. Process PTO requests and time sheets entering hours in SAP and other applicable ERP systems. Create bi-weekly payroll reports and run custom reports for confidential data to be reviewed by the HR Director and executives for bonus payments and potential pay increases. Daily correspondence with German headquarters (in German and English) on HR related matters and troubleshooting entries and reports in German written ERP systems. Troubleshoot errors in SAP with German based SAP company. Assist Germany employees and facilitate terminations and relocations back to Germany. Eligible for telecommuting from home within reasonable commuting distance from Newnan, GA. Will require physical presence at worksite in Newnan, GA at least several days (minimum of 3 days) a week. * Foreign equivalent accepted.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent accepted, in Human Resource Management, Human Resources, International Studies, Modern Languages, or closely related field. Requires two years as an HR Specialist, International Relations Specialist working in an HR Department or related occupation.
Experience must include two (2) years of experience in the following:
- Working in an international environment.
- Translation of documents in English and German.
- Experience in SAP, or additional Human resource management system.
Must obtain SHRM Certification (2-3 years after employment).

Must be fluent in the German and English languages.
