Loading & Unloading / Warehouse Support
- Manually load and unload products, often lifting up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move materials as needed
- Organize and stage inventory for shipment and internal use
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
Shipping & Receiving
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Prepare products for shipping according to company and customer specifications
- Use hand-held scanners and/or documents to track inventory movements
Communication & Continuous Improvement
- Communicate effectively with warehouse, production, and customer service teams
- Participate in safety meetings and initiatives
- Support continuous improvement efforts and special projects as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong physical fitness; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working in varying conditions, including heat and outdoor exposure
- Willing to perform physically demanding labor for extended periods (90% labor)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, if needed
- High school diploma or GED preferred
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, and climbing
- Manual dexterity for handling products and using warehouse equipment
- Regular exposure to warehouse conditions (heat, noise, dust, etc.)
- Ability to wear required PPE including safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection
