Here’s What You’ll Get To Do

• Manage and coordinate the daily operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and returns processing.
• Manage warehouse staff and ensure their tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor department equipment and supplies and order new items as needed.
• Ensure the department is clean and organized and that safety protocols are followed.
• Train and supervise department staff, including new hires.

Here’s What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in a warehouse setting.
• Teamwork

• Contacts customers for order pick up and carriers for delivery of cargo.
• Oversees the printing of sales orders, manifests, picking, packing and assembly of customer orders and resolving any orders that might have inventory issues.
• Verifies materials against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages.
• Ability to read and comprehend customers' orders and bills of lading.
• Invoicing of outgoing orders.
• Provides support for month end by monitoring open order report.
• Checks emails from customers and customer service and reply as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 75 lbs as a team lift frequently and up to 50 lbs individually.
• Pushing/Pulling up to 75 lbs as a team lift frequently and up to 50 lbs individually.
