What You’ll Get to Do
The Engineering Manager oversees an entire Engineering Group, ensuring efficient operations, on-time project delivery, and strict adherence to engineering and project specifications. This leadership role balances people management, technical supervision, and process improvement to drive overall team performance.
Job responsibilities include:
- Supervise and develop engineering staff through mentoring, training, and performance management
- Foster engagement and trust to strengthen team cohesion and retention.
- Plan, schedule, and allocate work for all ongoing projects.
- Monitor performance metrics (productivity and on-time delivery).
- Ensure consistent adherence to company and project procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to optimize project outcomes and customer satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years in engineering management within a manufacturing setting.
- Minimum of 3 years in fabrication, submission applications, or design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (intermediate to advanced)
- Knowledge of fabrication and field erection methods.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork.
- Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
