Description:

JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for providing Human Resources support to the entity including coordinating employee programs, developing job descriptions, researching issues, and analyzing data.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assists HRBP with coordination of the position management process. Researches issues and follows up with HRBP, Decision Support and HRIS as needed.
2. Ensures that HRIS data record is complete, accurate and timely for job data and reporting structure in PeopleSoft.
3. Partners with the HRBP to manage the entity-based Employee Recognition Program. Serves as the HR representative for the Employee Recognition Committee and ensures accurate and timely processing of all entity-based awards.
4. Responsible for scheduling and marketing the bi-monthly 90-day New Hire Touchpoint Meetings under the oversight of the HRBP.
5. Oversight of the various facets of the Ambassador Program including ongoing evaluation to determine success.
6. Facilitates New Employee Orientation (NEO) for the entity.
7. Trouble-shoots onsite MSS and other PeopleSoft issues and follows up as needed with HRIS.
8. Participates with Engagement teams drives reporting, education, and assists with opportunity teams.
9. Assists the HRBP with data gathering and business case development for restructures.
10. Participate as member of HR Process improvement initiatives, mapping HRBP processes, determining SLAs and ensuring understanding of processes.
11. Partners on total reward initiatives.
12. Serves as a resource to resolve benefits related questions and concerns.
13. Assists with projects and coordinates activities.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or
equivalent field. In lieu of degree 4 years of HR experience can be substituted.

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
PeopleSoft experience preferred.
