Director of Finance, Physician Enterprise

JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for facilitating the development, management and implementation of reporting and analytics program in partnership with the senior leadership to achieve performance excellence. Advances the operational effectiveness and performance of the physician network through oversight and maintenance of the reporting and analytics related to practice management. Includes data driven best practices, root cause analysis and performance improvement thru capability to measure, interpret and report business and industry benchmark data. Ensures timely identification and disposition of negative process outcomes, translates data into meaningful information and clearly communicates critical information to leadership and other stakeholders to improve performance and decision making. Analyzes management reporting needs and develops and implements dashboards and reports to improve decision making. Provides mentorship and education opportunities to promote continual growth among member of team.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelors degree from a recognized college or university in Business Administration, Business Management, or business related field is required.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Seven (7) years of progressive work experience in a Finance role, preferably in a multi-entity healthcare environment, is required.

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters Degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Accounting, Finance or a closely related field, or designation as a Certified Public Accountant is preferred.
