Description:
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Manages and monitors strategic planning, business development and integration initiatives across Piedmont Healthcare. Supports strategic and business plan development related to the organization's strategic service lines and clinical specialties. Responsible for plan development, industry best practice research, expert interviews, benchmarking, operational feasibility analysis, financial assumptions, competitive intelligence reporting, presentation development, and implementation assistance. This individual will collaborate with key organizational and operational leaders to identify and achieve priorities, goals, and objectives for each initiative. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to plan.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration or a closely related field.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Five (5) years of progressive experience in healthcare involving project management, consulting, market analysis, health system planning, business development, operations improvement or a closely related field.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration or a closely related field is preferred.
Prior experience in project management office or consulting firm is preferred.
Experience with project and personnel supervision and budget management is preferred.
