Description:

Conference Center Coord, FT, Piedmont Columbus Midtown

RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Coordinates Piedmont Columbus Regional's Conference Center and meeting space facilities to ensure adequate space and equipment allocation for all functions. Schedules events and coordinates meetings for educational facilities, including room preparation, space allocation, distribution and support of audio-visual equipment. Coordinates on-line scheduling system. Maintains inventory of AV equipment to ensure that equipment is secured in good operating condition and repaired as needed.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school or equivalent.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Three years' experience using audio visual equipment and/or conference support.

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in business, communication or information technology is preferred.
