Project Manager - Quality & Safety
Description:
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Plans, monitors and directs multidisciplinary strategically important projects across Piedmont Healthcare (PHC) to drive Quality and Safety imperatives. Projects are completed with freedom and initiative, and with accountability to achieve corporate targets. Provides high quality project management and analysis for an array of clinical and operational issues impacting Quality and Safety. Partners with key organizational and operational leaders to identify and achieve priorities, goals and objectives for each initiative. Oversees plan development, research, expert interviews, benchmarking, operational feasibility analysis, written and oral presentation development and implementation assistance.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a closely related field is required. Master's Degree Preferred.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Five years of progressively responsible and relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree OR three years progressively responsible and relevant experience required with a Master's degree. Previous experience leading a cross functional, enterprise-wide complex projects. Exceptional organization skills required.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Superior written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present ideas in a clear and compelling manner. Certification in Project Management by the Project Management Institute - PMP preferred.
