Lead Polysom Tech - Sleep Center

Description:

RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Organizing and coordinating activities of the sleep center and staff personnel in order to ensure quality patient care, teaching technologists and physicians the technical aspects of sleep studies and providing clinical care services as needed.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or GED required.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Two years comprehensive experience in a sleep diagnostic laboratory servicing all referral types, adults and children, and prior experience in teaching, supervision or as coordinator.

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
Registry by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists is required.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Current Certification in BCLS preferred.Associates Degree in Health Svcs field preferred.
