Description:
Performs a wide variety of semi to skilled preventative and corrective maintenance duties in the alteration, repair, and modification of facilities, equipment, and systems.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Five years' experience in industrial maintenance OR a Facilities Management related certification in HVAC, Electrician, Plumber or Plant Operator
Special Skills
Ability to read blueprints and design sketches. Above average communication skills and
ability to relate effectively to the public and health care
professionals
