Patient Experience Manager

Description:

RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Serves as leader coaching operational excellence. Actively assists departments of Piedmont Healthcare System to achieve the goals of specific entity and system. Facilitates and implements prescriptive tactics
and tools to drive better leader performance and decrease leadership variance. Establishes and maintains working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. May manage volunteer resources to assist in the delivery of the organizations programs and services. Prepares and presents oral and written reports concerning the progress of the organization in meeting its goals.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
A Bachelors Degree from a recognized college or university with course emphasis in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a closely related field.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Five (5) years of progressively responsible professional work experience in leading and participating in customer service improvement programs, coaching efforts and programs, or a closely related field, in a
healthcare setting is preferred.

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Certified Executive coaching experience is preferred.
