Dialysis Tech

Description:

RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Responsible for assemble and operation of hemodialysis machine to provide dialysis treatment for patients under the direction of a registered nurse.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school diploma. Completion of dialysis preparatory program.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of one (1) year experience as a certified hemodialysis technician.

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) certification.
BLS

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of hemodialysis process.
