Description:

RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Leading, planning, monitoring and directing concurrent multidisciplinary strategically important projects at corresponding entity. Projects are completed with a high degree of freedom and initiative, with a high-level accountability to achieve targets. Provides high quality project management and analysis for a broad array of clinical and operational issues focusing on complex and large projects. Partners with key organizational executives, physicians and operational leaders to identify and achieve priorities, goals and objectives for each initiative. Oversees plan development, industry research, expert interviews, benchmarking, operational feasibility analysis, financial proforma development, written and oral presentation development and implementation assistance

Qualifications:

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
A Bachelors Degree is required, and a Masters Degree is preferred, from a recognized college or university in Health Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or a closely related field

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Five years of progressively responsible professional work experience involving project management, consulting and analysis, health system planning, business development, operations improvement or a closely related field.

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working in healthcare preferred.
