RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors at strategic entrances to the Hospital, providing directions,general information, or transportation assistance.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School education or G.E.D equivalent

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
One year of experience as a customer service representative or similar job serving customers, preferablyin the healthcare industry.
