Responsibilities: The Licensed Practical Nurse in Home Health is responsible for providing quality patient care and performing technical skilled care in the patient's home. Qualifications:Education
- Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing Required
Licenses and Certifications
- LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure Upon Hire Required
- DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation. Upon Hire Required
- CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation Upon Hire Required
