Responsibilities: Accuracy and completeness of data, data interchange and training of Materials Management Information Systems (MMIS). Safeguarding department policies and regulations as they relate to system issues that affect its business administration. Supply Chain Management application software support, advancement, and problem resolution. Accuracy and completeness of data, data interchange and training of Materials Management Information Systems (MMIS). Supply Chain Management application software support, advancement, and problem resolution. Qualifications: Education
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or closely related field Required
Work Experience
  • 2 years of work experience with software applications support, data management, change management (related to content), supply chain concepts, knowledge in MMIS systems and/or data quality control or a closely related field Required
  • Experience in: supporting custom interfaces and data exchanges between multiple applications Required
  • Articulating problems and resolutions clearly, ensuring business requirements are met in functional and technical specifications related to application and interface changes Required
  • Documenting processes related to system support including but not limited to data entry/ upload, troubleshooting processes, and escalation protocol Required
  • Experience in user-acceptance and regression testing software and interface changes Preferred
  • Application experience in warehouse management systems, order management systems, and working knowledge in reporting tools such as Cognos, Crystal Reports, or similar Preferred
