Overview: Providing leadership and oversight for the Patient Connection Center (PCC) within Piedmont Healthcare. Responsibilities for this position include supervising, monitoring, coaching, and developing employees performing duties such as checking the accuracy of orders, verifying insurance, creating estimates, obtaining authorizations, and appointment scheduling,. Qualifications: Education
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
- Associates Degree Preferred or
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- 3 years revenue cycle experience or Contact Center experience Required
- Healthcare Reimbursement experience Preferred
- Supervisory experience Preferred
- Call center experience requiring high volume inventory management Preferred
- Previous Epic experience Preferred
- Certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association Preferred or
- Certified Revenue Cycle Representative Preferred
