Supervisor - Patient Access, Newton

Overview: Providing leadership and supervising the employees and daily operations of facility-based Patient Access Services. Functional areas that report to this position could include IP/OP and ED registration, Financial Counseling, as well as others as assigned. The supervisor may service one or more hospital facilities. Qualifications: Education

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
• Associates Degree or Bachelors from a recognized college or university Preferred

Work Experience

• 3 years of Revenue Cycle experience Required
• 5 years of related Revenue Cycle healthcare experience, preferably within PAS Preferred
• 2 years of supervisory experience Preferred
• Previous Epic experience Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• None Required
• Certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association Preferred or
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative Preferred
