Manager Patient Liability
Overview: Providing leadership and overseeing the daily operations of Patient Liability functions for Piedmont Healthcare. Functions under the responsibility of Patient Liability include following up on self-pay accounts in a consistent and timely manner, referring accounts to collection agencies or establishing payment plans as appropriate, and others as assigned. The Manager of Patient Liability reports to the Director of Patient Liability and Customer Service. - Bachelors Degree from a recognized college or university Required
- 5 years of Revenue Cycle experience within Patient Financial Services or Customer Service/Patient Liabilities functions. Required
- 3 years of management/supervisory experience Required
