Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE:
Supervising the activities and performance of maintenance staff. Ensuring personnel adhere to hospital and departmental policies and procedures and that all work carried out complies with regulatory agencies
Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school diploma or Equivalent
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
A substantial knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, control and life safety systems, regulatory requirements governing hospital, and management procedures. Possess an understanding of budgeting procedures.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous supervisory experience preferred. Must possess valid driver's license.
