Team Lead Supervisor

Columbus, GA. 1st Shift

This position manages and oversees warehouse operations and ensure efficiency. You will play an important role in coordinating warehouse staff, attend meetings, handling logistics and maintaining the warehouse systems.

Provide guidance and projects. In charge of delegating work, overseeing progress toward goals and coaching team members, This position will also require you to do warehouse duties as well as computer systems and forklift.

• Must have previous Team Lead experience inside a warehouse
• Have forklift experience
• Computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to anticipate and solve problems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems
