We are now hiring for a Quality Assurance Associate in the city of Duluth. This is a Mid-Shift opportunity (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday – Friday/as late as 8:00 PM). Our client specializes in print and fulfillment. This is a long term possible to hire position. You qualify for full time after 90 days of employment. Please review the details below. Pay: $17.50

CORE JOB DUTIES:

• General understanding of client’s finished product.
• Hands on knowledge and usage of job tracking system.
• Receives jobs from production areas for inspection.
• Understands and follow QA procedures while auditing all client’s mail kits.
• Provides feedback to manager / Supervisor of any excessive errors discovered.
• Hands on knowledge and usage of:
  • Mail packaging machines,
  • Shipping methods, UPS, FX, DHL, etc.
  • End of day count sheet to pre-sort mail house.
  • End of shift, ensure workstation is left clean.
  • Ensure all audited work is forwarded to appropriate area.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward fellow co-workers and management.
• Be flexible on working weekends upon need of department and major projects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Up to date resume and interview directly with the Client
• Passing Background Check and Drug Screen
• Prior experience with Shipping Programs/WMS systems
• Quality experience within a warehouse/shipping environment
• Ability to stand on your feet for up to 10 Hours
• Pass the Warehouse/Logistics in branch assessments
