General Assembly Worker – 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) Pay: $16/hr — Earn $17/hr with daily on-time attendance Location: Buford, GA Position Summary:

We are seeking reliable and motivated General Assembly Workers to join our growing warehouse team. This is a full-time, first-shift position with excellent attendance incentives and opportunities for performance-based pay increases. Schedule:

• Monday – Friday • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Earn an additional $1/hr by being on your line and ready to work by 7:00 AM every day. Compensation & Incentives:

• Base pay: $16 per hour • Attendance incentive: $17 per hour when you are on your line by 7:00 AM daily • Monthly incentive day for perfect attendance Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general assembly duties in a warehouse environment

• Follow instructions to assemble, package, or prepare products

• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work area • Work efficiently to meet daily production goals

• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Qualifications: • Previous assembly, production, or warehouse experience preferred

• Experience with quality checks or basic quality assurance is a plus

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 10–30 lbs

• Strong attendance, reliability, and punctuality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions closely
