Employbridge is hiring for a Production Support Associate needed in Gainesville
1st shift- 6am-2:45pm
Pay rate- $16
The Product Support role is responsible for ensuring the efficient handling, labeling, packaging, and quality of products produced at Tower Sealants. This position supports production operations by performing manual and semi-automated tasks, maintaining organization on the production floor, and assisting in rework activities as needed.The Product
Support employee also plays a key role in supporting batch processing.
- Perform product stacking, labeling, tube loading, and case loading according to production standards.
- Seal cases using approved tape and packaging processes.
- Rework product as directed to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas in accordance with housekeeping expectations.
- Assist production operators and supervisors to ensure continuous workflow and timely completion of batches
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move products or materials throughout the shift.
- Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and variable temperatures.
- Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours.
